I had a decent stay at Las Brisas, which boasted a fantastic location right near the ferry. However, the rooms felt quite dated and in need of an update. While the restaurant had a beautiful view and offered reasonably priced meals, the overall experience was hampered by some maintenance issues.
Rooms

The rooms were clean but disappointing. The beds were rock hard, making it hard to sleep, and the musty smell didn't help either. Plus, the TV was older with no English channels.
Service

The service could've been better. While the staff tried to care for guests, there was a lack of hospitality initiative that left a lot to be desired.

The location was perfect for accessing the ferry to Paquera, with a wonderful view of the water. It was also great to see families enjoying the Malecon nearby.
Dining
6.0
Dining was alright. The menu offered the same fare daily, which got a bit monotonous, but the Greek salad and Tomahawk steak I ordered were tasty and reasonably priced.
Facilities

Facilities were average; the kiddie pools appeared unkempt and lacked proper maintenance. The overall venue had potential but needed some work.

I had a decent stay at Las Brisas, which boasts a fantastic location near the ferry and the beach. However, the hotel is showing its age with dated rooms that could definitely use some upgrading. Although the staff was friendly, my overall experience was overshadowed by issues like hard beds and a musty smell.

The room I got wasn't as great as I expected. It had a musty smell and felt really dated. Plus, it wasn't a true king room and didn't even have a fridge or a safe.

Can't complain about the location! It’s conveniently close to the ferry to Paquera and has a lovely view of the water.

Dining was alright. Breakfast was included and pretty decent, but the menu felt repetitive, serving the same fare every day.

The restaurant had a cool cross breeze and was nice to hang out at. But overall, the facilities felt just okay.

I enjoyed the prime location of Las Brisas, right by the malecon with a great view of the water. However, the hotel is pretty dated and definitely needs some updates. The noise insulation between rooms wasn't great, and I found the beds too hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a decent stay with friendly staff but a few areas that could use improvement.
